We are increasingly looking for experienced paralegals and junior lawyers to work on varied and challenging projects with market leading brands as well as exciting growth companies. Some of our assignments offer a degree of flexibility, allowing you to work full or part time alongside your studies or other interests.

Our full-time and part-time assignments typically include working within our clients’ organisations on secondment.
Who are we looking for?
We are on the look out for legally trained individuals with the following attributes:
- Junior Lawyers (3PQE+) / Paralegals (4 years) experience gained from top tier international law firms or leading in-house organisations

- Experience across business operations, programme management, contract operations, business affairs
- Fluent in English; Arabic would be beneficial
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Resident in the UAE and available to start assignments at short notice
You will have a hands-on, can-do approach, be able to use your initiative and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Some of our Paralegal secondments include working on high-profile document review projects, providing general paralegal support to an in-house corporate, including general legal research, contract review and/or drafting, circulating papers to senior leaders and board members, and working with senior stakeholders on complex matters and issues.
